Accommodations

Guests will stay in individual bungalows that blend seamlessly into the natural backdrop of the jungle surrounding the property. Each bungalow features balconies with seating and hammocks, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, mini-refrigerators with complimentary drinking water, private bathrooms with hot water showers, and diffusers with essential oils.  Options for single, double or quad accommodations.

Yoga

Our yoga classes will be held in an 860 square foot yoga studio surrounded by nature.  The studio has a jungle stream running around it, features beautiful tropical hardwood floors, and is filled with love. The schedule will include a daily morning vinyasa practice and afternoon options for restorative yoga with Reiki.

Beach

You will be a 5-minute walk to a secluded beautiful beach.  As you approach the beach, the last 2 minutes of the walk are through a jungle trail with the warm tropical Pacific Ocean waiting for you. There are miles of black and white sand beaches that have plenty of natural shade from the rainforest that grows close to the water’s edge. The beach is a great swimming beach and almost always calm. If you wake up early you can see the sunrise over the ocean and the local fisherman and lobster fishermen bringing in the catch of the day. 

Connect to Nature 

While on retreat property, you can enjoy the wilderness by taking a stroll on their short walking trail through the forest. The trail winds through 7 different stations with inspirational quotes about tolerance and compassion. The area is perfect for birdwatching, and keep your eyes out for the tamarin monkeys and other wildlife in the area! There are over 1500 butterfly species in Panama, and it is not unusual to be awestruck as you see the magnificently colored wings float by while dining. 
The centerpiece of the property boasts a walking labyrinth, perfect for walking meditations and connecting with nature. 

Dining

You will feel like you are eating your meals on the treetops – surrounded by nature in the family-style dining area. The vegetarian meals offer a tropical fusion cuisine blending influences from Latin America, the Caribbean, India, the Middle East, the Mediterranean, North Africa, the Far East, Southeast Asia, Cajun, Southern US, and the Pacific Rim Islands. The fully equipped bar was created from reclaimed dug-out canoes and ready to serve up delicious fruit smoothies, cold beer, wine, and cocktails. For an additional charge you may add meat to any meal, and the chef can accommodate gluten free, vegan and allergen-free diets. In an effort to maintain a light carbon footprint and support local farmers and fishermen, the owner-chef buys the high majority of produce and seafood within a 20-mile radius.
