Everybody Welcome

Coley Bryan | Yoga Teacher

Coley Bryan

Coley’s first formal experience with yoga was in a beginner class with Annakathryn Carlson in 2014. “I came to yoga hoping for therapeutic postural benefits, I stayed because it was fun.”
He was part of Treetop’s inaugural Yoga Teacher training led by Katy Dagle and has been teaching Vinyasa Flow and Restorative yoga ever since.

His passion for yoga studies finds him just as likely to be reading ancient yoga philosophy as an anatomy text book. His belief in yoga’s potential to heal and his love of the ancient and modern science of yoga, led him to complete training in Thai Yoga Bodywork and enroll in Yoga Therapy training.

Coley likes his classes to be a comfortable environment for people to come and explore a wide range of yoga practices. “Yoga on the mat teaches us tools for living a more fulfilling life off the mat.” His Vinyasa classes offer a breath centered, accessible, yet challenging practice.

His Restorative classes offer a deep relaxing environment to explore the healing that comes from being present in stillness and comfort.

Coley offers 1:1 and small group private sessions to personalize the individual needs of his students, Whether he is working with an individual managing chronic pain, or working with a rowing team to improve their athletic performance, Coley believes the tools of yoga can benefit everyone.
